TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Project AURORA, a subscription-based Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game ("the Service") provided by Fantasy Forge Studio ("Fantasy Forge," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Subscription, Fees, and Payments

1.1 Subscription Model: The Service operates on a recurring, prepaid subscription model. Access to Project AURORA requires payment of a recurring subscription fee ("Subscription Fee") at the interval (e.g., monthly) selected by you.

1.2 Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the Subscription Fee for the next billing cycle to your designated payment method.

1.3 No Refunds: All fees and charges are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

2. Ownership and Virtual Currency

2.1 Intellectual Property (IP): All content, including but not limited to the game code, visual components, lore, characters, names, art, and the specific mechanics of the Anti-Churn Engine, the PP/CP (Political Points/Community Points) system, and the Forge Marketplace, are owned exclusively by Fantasy Forge Studio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 Virtual Items and Currency:

* Political Points (PP) and Aether Notes are digital assets representing limited licenses within the Service.

* PP and Aether Notes DO NOT have monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, real-world currency, goods, or other items of monetary value from Fantasy Forge Studio.

* Any transfer of virtual currency or items outside of the game's internal mechanisms (such as the Forge Marketplace) is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

3. Player Conduct and Rules of Service

3.1 Rules of Conduct: You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including, but not limited to:

* Cheating/Exploiting: Using unauthorized third-party programs, bots, cheats, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the game economy (including the PP/CP system).

* Harassment: Engaging in any form of harassment, hate speech, or abuse against other players or Fantasy Forge staff.

* Disrupting Service: Taking any action that imposes an unreasonably large load on our infrastructure or otherwise interferes with the proper working of the Service.

3.2 Enforcement: Fantasy Forge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms without notice or refund.

4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

4.1 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fantasy Forge Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

4.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fantasy Forge Studio from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.
