Fantasy Forge Studio is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you play Project AURORA ("the Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to operate the Service, manage your subscription, and implement the features of the Anti-Churn Engine.

Examples of Data Collected
Account Data
Email address, password (encrypted), date of birth, user ID, and username (for displaying on the Faction Governance leaderboards).
Payment Data
Payment card details (collected and processed by our third-party payment vendor, never stored directly by us), billing address, and transaction history.
Usage Data
Gameplay activity (level progression, time spent, Mastery Path choices), in-game purchases (PP/Aether Notes usage), server log files, and chat logs (for moderation).
Device & Connection
IP address, device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers (for security and anti-cheat purposes).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following primary purposes:
2.1 Service Operation: To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including balancing the PP/CP Economy and enabling the Monthly Faction Tournament.
2.2 Security & Fraud Prevention: To protect against cheating, fraud, and illegal activity, particularly concerning the integrity of the in-game economy and content unlocks.
2.3 Marketing & Communication: To send transactional emails (subscription renewals, service updates) and promotional emails (with your consent) regarding new Quarterly Major Drops or Mastery Path features.
2.4 The Anti-Churn Engine: We analyze gameplay data to measure the effectiveness of our content roadmap and retention mechanics to ensure we maintain our projected 30% Month 6 Retention.
3. Sharing Your Information (External Partnership Revenue - EPR)
We do not sell your personal, identifiable information. We share information only under the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Providers: We use trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) to perform services on our behalf.
3.2 Aggregated and Anonymized Data (EPR):
* To enable our External Partnership Revenue (EPR) stream, we may share aggregated and anonymized usage data (e.g., "75% of players in the Guardian class prefer the Guardian Tank specialization") with external partners.
* This data cannot be used to identify you personally. It is used exclusively to inform our partners' promotional activity within the optional Forge Marketplace or external marketing campaigns.
3.3 Legal Obligation: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
4. Children’s Privacy
Project AURORA is an MMORPG intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
